Meatballs
1 lb Ground Turkey
2-3 T Onion Flakes
Minced Garlic to taste
1/2 C Panko Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
1/8 t Allspice
1/8 t Nutmeg
Salt & Pepper
Sauce
5 T Butter
1/4 C Flour
1 1/4 C Beef Broth
3/4 C Heavy Whipping Cream
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
2 t Stone Ground Mustard
Salt & Pepper
Mix meatballs and form 12-16 balls. Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes. Once done, set aside and make sauce.
Melt butter in pan. Sprinkle flour over melted butter, add mustard and, if using Better Than Bouillon, add that. Combine until you have a smooth paste. Slowly add water and cream a little at a time, mixing thoroughly so there are no lumps. Mix in Worcestershire Sauce, salt, and pepper. Add meatballs, coating them with the sauce. Bring to a simmer for a few minutes, until sauce is thickened. Serve over egg noodles.
