This is probably the most dangerous recipe I have because I always have the ingredients on hand. I’ve tried other mug cake recipes that were really just not great, but this one is fantastic.
This recipe actually comes from a humorous Buzzfeed video called “Every Indian Dish Ever” and has quickly become one of my favorite recipes. I change up the spices so it’s not the same every time.

This was an eye-opening experience, as this was the very first lasagna that I ever liked, prepared by friend and co-worker Anjanette. (I used to hate both spaghetti and lasagna – I know, right?)
