Tuna Patties

1 Can Tuna
1 Egg
1/4 Onion, chopped
1/2 t. Lemon Juice
Crackers, crushed
Salt
Pepper

Mix together and form into patties. Heat oil in skillet and cook patties until golden brown and solid. Serve.
