These are so extraordinarily good, I’m afraid to make them myself. Matt brings them in, and they disappear. all that buttery molasses goodness just melts in your mouth, and before you know it – they’re gone, and you want more. (I really think he puts a little something extra in there to get us all hooked…)

I don’t know what else to say, except this has fantastic flavor.
I made this for Troy’s graduation, along with a couple of other soups, and this one disappeared the quickest by far.
This is the hands down the best fried fish I have ever had. Better break it down, though, unless you’re feeding a large group.
