I consider this a magic pie. It’s super easy and turns out beautifully. It’s fun to get the little pie crusts and make individual pies as well. Soo good!

My grandma used to make these for me and they are my absolute favorite cookies in the whole world. Also, no one ever seems to have heard of them.
Tip: Alter the ingredients to use 1/2 a cup of granulated sugar, and a full cup of brown sugar. Makes them chewier.
