Pizza Dough x 3
2 lb. Hamburger
2 Onions
1/2 Cabbage, cut up fine
Salt and Pepper to taste
Brown hamburger, onion, and cabbage.
Cut each pizza dough cycle into 6 pieces.
Stretch dough into a rectangle after punching off from loaf. Lay flat and add 1/2 cup hamburger mix and wrap up envelope fashion and pinch edges together. Lay flap side down on greased cookie sheet and let raise until double.
Bake at 350-375 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped. Brush with shortening and lay on rack until cool.
Can use any 1.5 lb bread dough, I just happened to use pizza dough.
