Frozen bread dough
1 lb. Hamburger
1 Onion
Cabbage, cut up fine
Salt and Pepper to taste
Let frozen bread dough raise until double.
When almost double, brown hamburger, onion, and cabbage.
Stretch dough into a rectangle after punching off from loaf. Lay flat and add hamburger mix and wrap up envelope fashion and pinch edges together. Lay flap side down on greased cookie sheet and let raise until double.
Bake at 350-375 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped. Brush with shortening and lay on rack until cool.
