Quick Stovetop Chicken

4 Chicken Breasts
1 t. Paprika
1 t. Thyme
1/2 t. Garlic Powder
1/8 t. Cayenne
Salt to taste
2 t. Olive Oil

Flatten chicken to 1/2inch thickness. Combine seasonings in a small bowl and then rub over both sides of chicken.

Heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken. Cook 4-5 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Serve.

Note: Use any seasonings you’d like. Ginger and dried mustard are a good combination as well.
