I can Chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and dried
1/2 – 1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
2 sprigs fresh Dill, chopped
7-8 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 an Onion, chopped
1/2 t Baking Soda
1 T Flour
1 t Cumin
1 t Ground Coriander
Salt, to taste
Add everything to a food processor and pulse it, scraping down the sides as needed, until you can form a ball and it stays intact. Shape into a dozen balls and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake 10-15 more minutes.
