1 1/2 lb Chicken Thighs
1/3 C Soy Sauce
1/3 C Ketchup
1/3 C Honey
10 cloves Garlic, minced
Splash Apple Cider Vinegar
1 inch Ginger, minced
Whisk everything but the chicken together into a sauce. Place chicken in crockpot and pour sauce over top. Cook on low 4 hours. Once done, mix 2 T cornstarch with 2 T water and add to crockpot. Let simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
Serve with rice, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.
