1 Can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 Can Sweet Corn, drained and rinsed
1 Small Onion, chopped
1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
4+ Cloves Garlic, minced
1/8 t. Cayenne
1/8 t. Cumin
1/4 t. Garlic Powder
1/4 t. Ground Ginger
2 T. Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix everything together and refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
