1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1.5 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Baked Potatoes
Heat soup and cheese over medium heat until cheese is completely melted. Pour over split baked potatoes; serve.
I learned this in Junior High Home Ec, and it is still one of my favorites to this day. Filling, and it doesn’t get much easier.
