Ricotta Cheese
Cooked Chicken or Turkey Meatballs (10-15)
Mozzarella Cheese
Italian Seasoning
Pizza Sauce
Spread the dough out in a circle, just like a pizza. Make several slices through the center, like an asterisk, to make pieces that will pull over the meatballs, making a hole in the center. Spread a layer of ricotta over the part of the ring not cut through. Place meatballs around the ring. Sprinkle cheese over the meatballs. Pull the pieces in the middle over the meatballs and press on the edge, sealing it. Sprinkle with Italian seasonings. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes, until the dough is golden brown. Serve with pizza sauce.
