1 C Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cucumber, grated
2-3 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 T Olive Oil
1 T fresh Dill, chopped
Grate cucumber and squeeze out all excess liquid. Mix everything together and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
