1 T Olive Oil
1 lb Chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
4 T Butter
8 oz sliced Mushrooms
5 cloves Garlic, minced
1 T. Flour
1/4 C Chicken Broth
1/4 C White Wine
1/2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese
Season chicken with salt and pepper and brown in oil until cooked through. Remove from pan.
Melt butter in pan and add mushrooms. Cook until soft, then add garlic. Cook until fragrant. Pour in liquids and sprinkle in cheese. Stir until melted. Add chicken back in pan and coat with sauce. Cook until sauce is thickened and serve.
