Audrey’s Breakfast Casserole

1 lb. Bacon
1/2 C. Chopped Onion
1/2 C. Chopped Green Pepper
12 Eggs
1 C. Milk
20-24 oz. Hashbrowns
1 C. Shredded Cheese
1 t. Salt
1/2 t. Pepper
1/2 t. Dillweed

Fry and crumble bacon. Set aside. Fry onion and green pepper in bacon grease. Mix eggs and milk together. Add everything to the egg mixture and combine thoroughly.

Bake in greased 9×13 pan, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
