1 box croutons
2 cups cheese
2 pounds sausage
2 cups milk
2 southwest egg beaters
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Grease a 9×13 pan. Spread croutons in the bottom, then sprinkle on the cheese. Brown and drain the sausage, then sprinkle on top of the cheese. Mix together the milk, egg beaters, and cream of mushroom soup, then pour on top of the sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
