Veggie Wraps

4 oz Goat Cheese
2 T Sour Cream
1 t. Dill, or other herbs as desired
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
1 Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
4 Flour Tortillas (fajita size)

Mix goat cheese, sour cream, dill, salt and pepper. Spread 1/4 of the mixture on a tortilla. Add 1/4 of the vegetables. Roll up. Enjoy.
