2 slices White Bread, torn
1 can (10 1/2 oz) Vegetable Soup
1 small Onion, chopped
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 t. Salt
1/8 t. Pepper
1 1/2 lb Hamburger or Pork Sausage
1 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
Soak bread in soup for 5 minutes. Stir in onion, egg, salt, pepper. Crumble in meat mixture and mix. Shape into an 8×4 oval.
Line a 11×7 baking dish with foil, and grease foil. Place meatloaf in pan; top with tomato sauce.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or meatloaf reaches 160 degrees in temperature.
