4 Eggs
2 Pints Whipping Cream
2 Quarts Milk
Scald 2 cups milk. Beat eggs and add sugar gradually. Pour hot milk over mixture. Let set until sugar dissolves. Then add cream. Add remaining milk to fill freezer.
