Tuna Walnut Salad

1 Can Tuna
1 Large Stalk Celery, chopped
1/4 C Walnuts, copped
Pinch of Cinnamon
3 T Mayonnaise (or to taste)
Salt
Pepper

Mix it all up.

Nutritional Analysis:Each of two servings has 1.5 grams carbohydrate plus 1.5 grams fiber, 23 grams protein, and 350 calories.
