Cornish hens are individually wrapped and make a great meal when you’re home alone, or to cook for guests. They seem all fancy-like, but they turn a bit silly when you flap their little wings and make them “fly” at your children before they’ve been cooked. Also, people think you’re weird. Oh well.
I don’t even remember why I didn’t bother with breading. maybe I didn’t have any, or more likely it was just easier. Either way, I think I like it better this way.
