An excellent Indian dish Jay made for one of our D&D sessions.

This soup is bomb. No fruit, no coconut milk, just chickpeas, lentils, potatoes, and spices.
With the kids getting sick off and on, and me feeling dragged down, I thought it was time for a good dose of garlic.
Very tasty and good for leftovers!
I cobbled this together from a couple different recipes. Neither of the kids wanted me to make it, but then both rated it a 10/10!
I had never heard of this before having an Instant Pot. Freaking easy and delicious.
Excellent recipe, and the only rice I have made in my Instant Pot (other than recipes that included rice in them). I have made this repeatedly, and always when I make the Kheema Matar.
Kheema Matar was the second Indian food I ever had, and I ate a lot of it when I was pregnant. This recipe isn’t quite the same as what I remember (the restaurant, Sher-E-Punjab, unfortunately shut down years ago), but this is easily one my favorite IP recipes.
Taylor asks me to make this often. Excellent for leftovers!
This recipe is seriously awesome. There’s really not much more to say. 🙂
