Sweet Potato Casserole

6 C. baked sweet potatoes, mashed, or 6 reg. sized cans, heated, drained and mashed
1 ¼ C. sugar
1 ½ t. salt
6 eggs
1 stick butter
3-4 T. milk
2 t. vanilla

Topping:
1 ½ C. brown sugar
½ C. flour
1 c. coconut
1 C. chopped walnuts
1 stick + 2 T. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the first 7 ingredients together and put into large baking dish.

Mix sugar, flour, coconut and walnuts. Add the butter and mix with a fork. Sprinkle on top of the sweet potato mixture.

Bake for 30-35 minutes.
