Spinach Mushroom Beef Pasta

2 T. Butter
8 oz Mushrooms
1 Onion, sliced
Garlic to taste
1 lb Ground Beef
1 bag Spinach
1 C. Milk
3 C. Broth
10 oz. Wide Egg Noodle, uncooked
1 C. Shredded Mozzarella
1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Melt butter in a large pot (I used a dutch oven). Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic and saute until mushroom release their liquid. Remove. Add ground beef, salt, and pepper and cook until no longer pink. Add mushroom and onions back to pot. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Add milk, water, and noodles and cook until noodles are tender. Stir in cheese and serve.
