Simply Potatoes Casserole

20 oz. pkg Simply Potatoes Hash Brown Shreds
6 oz. Cooked Ham, cubed
10 oz. pkg Frozen Spinach, thawed and well drained
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1 C. Sour Cream
1/8 t. Nutmeg
8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except potatoes and ham, reserving 1/2 cup cheese for topping. Heat well on stove. Fold potatoes and ham into spinach mixture. Place in greased 9×13 baking dish; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 45-50 minutes.

This may very well be my favorite recipe, period.
