3 cups flour
½ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups cold water
Sift together flour, cocoa, salt, sugar and soda in an ungreased pan.
Make 6 holes with a spoon. Pour vinegar, vanilla and oil equally in the
6 holes. Pour water over mixture. Stir with fork until well blended.
Wipe excess batter off sides of cake pan. Bake at 350* for 30+ minutes
or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool and
frost with chocolate frosting. Enjoy!
