1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
¾ c. Water
8 oz. cream cheese
¼ c. milk
Chopped Onion (probably used about ¼ c.)
Chopped Green Peppers (I use ½ of a small green pepper)
Green chilies (optional)
Tomatoes (I used one medium-sized today)
Olives (optional)
Lettuce
8 oz. Taco sauce (mild, medium, spicy – whatever your taste is!)
2 c. Shredded cheese (Mexican or cheddar or any cheese mixture)
Tortilla chips
Brown the ground beef and drain off excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and
water, let simmer until the excess water is cook through. Let that cool.
Blend together the milk and cream cheese, spread mixture in a round pizza
pan or any pan suitable for dipping
Layer your taco meat, onions, peppers, chilies, tomatoes, & lettuce.
Drizzle the taco sauce on top of the lettuce then add the cheese.
