Salsa

Mike Kreifels

5 lg Onions, chopped
9-11 Jalapenos
2 Green Bell Peppers (2 C. diced)
5 cloves Garlic
1/2 C. Sugar
22 ripe Tomatoes, peeled
2 (6oz) cans Tomato Paste
1 C. Cider Vinegar
1/4 C. Salt

Place all ingredients in pot and bring to a boil. (35-40 min) Fill 10 pint jars and seal. Put in water bath 15 min. (bring to a boil and simmer.) Cool. Will be Medium to hot.
