3 Eggs – slightly beaten
3 T. Milk
2 C. Sugar
1/4 C. Flour
3/4 t. Nutmeg
4 C. Rhubarb, cut up
Add milk to eggs. Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg and add to mixture. Add rhubarb and mix.Pour into pastry line 9″ pie pan and cover with top pastry. Sprinkle with sugar. Prick holes in top for steam to escape and bake at 400 degrees, or 375 degrees for a class pan, for 50-60 minutes or until nicely browned.
