Ranch Chicken Nuggets

2 C. Self-Rising Flour
1 pkg. (1 oz.) Ranch Dressing Mix
2 C. Buttermilk
1 lb. Frozen Chicken Tenders cut into nuggets

Fill deep fry pot to 1/2 it’s depth with vegetable oil; heat to 350 degrees. In bowl mix flour and ranch. Fill another bowl with buttermilk. Coat nuggets in flour mix, then buttermilk, then flour again. Fry 7-10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly.
