Pumpkin Pie Dessert

Crust
1 pkg yellow cake mix
½ cup margarine, melted (or butter)
1 egg

Filling
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 cups cooked pumpkin (buy pumpkin pie filling – comes in a can)
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Topping
1 cup reserved cake mix
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup margarine (or butter)

Crust:
Reserve 1 cup of cake mix for filling. Combine remaining mix, melted
margarine & egg. Grease a 9×13” pan & press crust into pan.

Filling:
Beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients. Mix smooth and pour
over crust.

Mix the reserved cup of cake mix, ¼ cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon & ¼ cup
margarine (or butter) and sprinkle on top of filling.

Bake in 350° oven for 40-45 minutes.
