Gram
Single pie crust, uncooked
2 eggs
¾ C. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
½ t. ground cloves
1 can pumpkin pie filling
½ t. salt
½ t. ginger
1 can evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 400.
Bake the pie shell about 11 minutes so the bottom doesn’t get soggy.
Beat the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into the shell and bake for 50 minutes. Let it cool thoroughly.
