Ed Bates
10-12 Potatoes, peeled and diced
Dried Onions
1 lb Bacon
1 pt. Sour Cream
1 stick Butter
Parsley
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Just cover potatoes with water, and add onions. Boil til JUST done. Don’t over boil. Leave water in potatoes. Cook bacon until crispy and crumble. Add rest of ingredients to potato mixture. May need to add a little milk to thin.
