1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Jell-O Pistachio Instant Pudding
3 eggs
1 C. club soda
1 C. oil
½ C. chopped walnuts
Frosting:
1 ½ C. cold milk
1 envelope Dream Whip
1 pkg. Jell-O Pistachio Instant Pudding
Preheat oven to 350.
Blend all the cake ingredients. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
Place in a greased and floured bunt pan and bake for 50 minutes. Cool on rack and split into two or three layers.
Mix the frosting, whipping about 5 minutes, and spread about 1 C. between layers. The rest goes into the center hole of the cake. Chill and garnish with nuts.
