Pie Crust

Mom

4 C. flour
1 ¾ C. shortening (no substitutions!)
1 t. salt
1 egg
1 T. white vinegar
½ C. cold

Sift the flour and salt together. Cut in the shortening and then add the rest.

Cut into quarters and wrap in saran wrap. May be frozen and keeps for at least one month.
