Pasta Shells Florentine

1 pkg. (18 oz.) Chopped Spinach, thawed
1 C. (4 oz.) Shredded Mozzerella Cheese
1 C. Cottage Cheese
1 Egg White
1 T. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 t. Ground Nutmeg
16 Jumbo Pasta Shells cooked and drained
1 Jar (13 1/2 oz.) Spaghetti Sauce

Mix spinach, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, egg whites, parmesan cheese and nutmeg until blended. Fill each shell with a heaping tablespoon of spinach mixture. Place in 12×8 baking dish; spoon sauce over shells. Cover with foil. Bake 20-40 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve.
