4 Chicken Breasts
2 C. Frozen Broccoli Florets
1 Jar (4.5 oz.) Sliced Mushrooms, Drained
1 T. Soy Sauce
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) Chicken Flavor Ramen Noodles
1 3/4 – 2 C Water
Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces. Cook in oil until no longer pink in the middle. Break up ramen noodles and add to pan. Sprinkle 1 packet of seasoning over noodles, discard other packet. Pour water over noodles. Add soy sauce, broccoli, and mushrooms. Cook until noodles are soft and broccoli is heated through.
Also good without the chicken.
Who knew ramen was for more than broke college students? Ok, so you can actually do a lot with ramen. I’d ask who knew, but that comes from a silly American.
