2 T. Sweet Unsalted Margarine
2 C. Finely Chopped Fresh Mushrooms (about 6 oz)
1/3 C. Chopped Onion
1 T. Snipped fresh Dill or 1 t. Dill weed
48 Low Salt Ritz Crackers
1/2 C. Plain Low fat Yogurt
In skillet over medium heat, melt margarine. Add shrooms and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes. A dd dill, spoon 1 t. mixture onto each cracker. Top each with half t. of yogurt and optional dill sprig and serve immediately.
