1 pkg Hash Browns (10-14 oz)
1 16 oz Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 – 1/2 Onion – shopped Fine
2 C. Cheese (Colby-jack)
Salt, pepper, garlic, Season All
1/2 C. Butter
2 C. Corn Flakes, crushed
Mix first 5 ingredients put into 9×13 pan. Season to taste. Combine last 2 ingredients and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 375 for 45 min.
