1 lb. hamburger
About 1 C. oatmeal
2 T. red pepper
1 egg
Pepper to taste
1 C. tomato sauce
2 T. garlic
Seasoned salt to taste
2 stalks of celery, diced
1/3 C. chopped onion
Mushrooms
Green chilies
Combine all and bake at 350 until the middle is no longer pink…usually an hour in a bread loaf pan.
