Manicotti

½ lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 C. creamed cottage cheese (8 oz.)
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
½ t. salt
½ C. mayo
8 manicotti, cooked and drained
1 jar (16 oz.) spaghetti sauce
½ t. dried oregano
Parmesan cheese

Brown beef and garlic in a large skillet; drain fat. Blend next 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir in the ground beef.

Boil the manicotti.

Preheat oven to 325.

Fill each manicotti with about ¼ C. filling. Place manicotti in a single layer in a cake pan, or a slightly smaller pan.

Sprinkle with any remaining filling. Cover completely with sauce. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.

Cover dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer.
