Light & Easy Chicken Parmesan

2 Chicken Breasts
1/4 C. Sour Cream
1/2 C. grated Parmesan Cheese
1 t. Basil
1/4 t. Onion Salt

Heat Broiler. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with cooking spray. In a small bowl, blend remaining ingredients. Place chicken on baking sheet and broil 4-6 inches from heat on both sides until chicken is cooked through. Spread evenly with sour cream mixture. Broil about 2 minutes more, or until topping is puffed and lightly browned. Serve.

This was my specialty once. Super easy to make, and oh my goodness is it good.
