1 T. Butter
1/2 Chopped Onion
2 Carrots, sliced
4 C. Broth (or part broth, part drippings)
1 C. Bowtie Pasta
1 t. Italian Seasonings
2 Bay Leaves
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
Dash Cayenne
1 C. chopped cooked turkey
Saute onion in butter until partially soft. Add carrots and continue sauteing. Pour in broth and bring to a boil. Add all seasonings. Add pasta. Bring back to boiling and then turn down heat to a simmer. Add turkey when pasta is mostly done.
