1 pkg. Au Gratin Potatoes
1 1/2 C. Ham, diced
1/2 Onion, diced
1/2 C. Shredded Carrot
2 C. Milk
1 1/2 C. Water
Pepper
Parsley
Place everything in a stock pot at once. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are cooked through. The amounts of liquid are according to taste.
