1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup liquid smoke
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon Morton Tenderquik
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
optional 1 tablespoon crushed red peppers
4 pounds meat sliced 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick).
Mix all ingredients, except meat, together. Add meat and mix. Put in gallon Ziploc bags. Marinate overnight or longer, turning bag over occasionally. Arrange on dehydrator, leaving a little space in between pieces of meat. Can sprinkle course ground pepper over top of meat, if desired. Dry for 5 1/2 – 6 hours in dehydrator on meat setting.
