2 lbs. frozen hash browns, uncooked
3/4 C. melted butter, divided
Bread crumbs
1 t. salt
2 T. minced onion
1 C. cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 C. grated American cheese
Preheat oven to 350.
Thaw potatoes slightly. Mix all ingredients and place in a greased 9X13” pan. Top with bread crumbs and ¼ C. melted butter.
Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes.
