1 Gallon sized-bag of vegetable scraps
Enough water to cover said bits
Salt
1 t. Turmeric
Garlic
Fresh herbs, if desired
Put everything in the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 30-45 minutes. Allow natural release. Strain liquid into a large bowl and throw away vegetable bits.
Can be frozen. I freeze 2 cup bags to use at a later time.
