3 ½ cups nonfat dry milk powder
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 cup nondairy creamer
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container.
For each serving, place 1/3 cup of mix in a mug and add ¾ cup boiling
water. Makes 16 servings.
**For Mocha mix, add ½ cup instant coffee crystals to mix. Makes 18
servings
**For nonfat version, omit nondairy creamer

water.
