1 (20 oz) pkg Shredded Hash Browns
1/3 C. Butter, melted
1 t. Beef Bouillon
1 lb Pork Sausage
1/3 C. Chopped Onion
1 C. Cottage Cheese
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
4 slices American Cheese, chopped
Combine hash browns, butter & bouillon. Press into greased 10″ pie plate. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Cook sausage & onion until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Combine sausage, cottage cheese, eggs & cheese.
Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
